A magnificent example of genuine antique Baltic amber, this necklace features a rare uniform "barrel" or "cylinder" bead cut. The beads display a rich, opaque butterscotch-to-egg-yolk color with the beautiful swirling patterns found only in natural, aged amber.
- Clasp: High-quality 14k Gold fluted lobster/plunger style clasp (marked/tested).
- Weight: 49.0 grams.
- Length: Approximately 23 inches (excellent "opera" length).
- Bead Dimensions: Beads vary slightly in size, with a representative bead measuring approx. 16 mm x 11 mm.
- Design: Each amber bead is accented by small spacer beads, providing a flexible and elegant drape.
